Exhibitor Checklist

Here are a few items to get you started on your exhibit.

Submit logo and company description via the Sponsor Profile Login to list your company on the event website and app – due ASAP.
Book hotel and airfare for your booth staff. See all travel information, including discounted rates, on the Travel page.
Register all booth staff.Log in to the Sponsor Profile Login with your sponsor credentials to register your staff with your complimentary passes.
Premium Sponsors – Our creative team will set up a meeting to develop your custom booth design – July through September 2.
Submit booth configuration request (Level 1 Sponsors). We will send out a list of available furniture configurations – due by August 26.
Submit booth graphics (Level 1 and Level 2 Sponsors). See Customizing Your Booth Graphics below – due by August 26.
Arrange shipments for collateral and giveaways. See the pre-event information below for onsite shipping instructions or to arrange shipping.
Submit any additional technical requirements to your sponsor advisor – due by September 23.
Create demo content to display on your booth monitor.
Gather items to bring with you onsite, including your demo device, demo content and a dongle (ensure HDMI compatibility on your demo device).

Customizing Your Booth Graphics
Level 1 and Level 2 Sponsors, please follow the guidelines below. Premium Sponsors, a sponsor advisor will contact you directly.
1. Download the Graphics Guide and Templates for your sponsor level.
2. Share these guidelines and templates with your graphic provider.
3. Use the graphic panel design templates for your sponsor level to ensure they fit the booth panel dimensions.
4. When you are ready to upload your graphics, click on the Upload Booth Graphics button. Input your information in the pop-up window. Then select your design file and click upload.
